About this project

DO were commissioned to take the Monash University Science Squad pilot program and deliver an active online platform that engages Primary School Teachers and Students to participate in science activities.

Schools had to register to participate in the program, and from there the program and associate website allowed students to create a profile and log all their in school and personal science activities. The ultimate goal of the website was to encourage schools and students to be passionate about science education and the associated activities.

The tone of the site was to make science, and learning about science fun. Additionally through the presentation of the content and experience on the site - users were encouraged to identify and unlock science in everyday activities - for example a visit to the museum.
